Paige was given the black leather cord by her grandmother Gabrielle after she returned from 15th century England. The cord had a large silver heart attached to it and inside of this heart there were symbols carved into the silver. Both Paige and Gabrielle agreed that this cord once belonged to the rebel leader Lady Agnes who led an uprising against Queen Mary I's reign in 1553 AD. This seemed like a very significant object for both women agree on its value to history.
