What is the effect of calling the chapter “The Honeymoon” and including an image of the Nazi flag
Lapatulllka [165]

You forgot to say that this question is about the graphic novel "Maus".

Answer:

The effect of calling the chapter "Honeymoon" and including an image of the Nazi flag is to show that although the Jews were going on with their lives, Germany already showed signs of its intensions towards the Jews.

Explanation:

"Maus" is a grafic novel that shows the account of a survivor of the holocaust. During the narrative, Vladek shows how Germany adopted the Nazi regime and how he and his family witnessed the moments before, during and after the holocaust.

Chapter 2 is entitled "honeymoon" and shows how Vladek and Anja (his wife) were following their lives in a normal way. That's because they met, got married, had a honeymoon and soon after, had their first child. After giving birth to the child, Anja goes into depression and, like every sick person, it is necessary to take her to the doctor, on the way they come across a Nazi flag, which shows that even though the Jews are going on with their lives, but Germany already shows signs that this normality will not continue for long and the government's relationship with the Jews will change.
