It is extremely important to make sure you are fit for what you are about to put yourself through. You may have an underlying condition, or a condition you were unaware of, that could put your health at major risk.

Should an oncology patient be allowed to try an experimental treatment? Or should the patient not be allowed to try it? Why not?
dybincka [34]

In my opinion, an oncology patient should not be allowed to try an experimental treatment because it does not meet ethical guidelines. This situation is framed in a law known as 'Right to Try'.

All medical treatments must follow a series of clinical trials in order to assess the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.

The use of experimental treatment in patients seems unethical from any point of view.

However, the 'Right to Try' law is aimed at providing patients greater access to experimental therapies, and there are patient advocates who consider it will benefit patients.

In the USA, the Right-to-try law is aimed at allowing terminally ill patients access to different experimental therapies which completed only the first Phase testing and therefore have not been approved by the FDA.

5. Describe the effects of bullying on both the bully and the victim of bullying.
Inessa [10]

Someone who is bullied tentatively is affected on a physical and mental level. The psychiatric effect abuse has on the mind is known to kill and severe the bonds between certain muscles. Whether its oral or verbal, a victim is affected tremendously. The bully is doing it as a form of escapism. He feels he is not safe in his own skin, and targets a weaker demographic. This is a bit of a superiority complex, as he/she believes they’re better than them and relentlessly target them. Safest bet is that a bully will have some sort of PTSD in the future.
