The ability to respect others is a skill that will help your child forever. Children can learn that people are more alike than different, and that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. ... They learn from the words they hear and what they see.

Respecting differences makes us stronger...

Depending on how we handle each others differences is what determines wether we are strong or week. If we respect and accept our differences we are stronger as a whole. However if we are not accepting and disrespectful towards those who have differences we are not so much weak as we are weak minded. When others are not welcoming we become divided and we would no longer work well together as a whole therefor making us weak. This is why it is important to always have a growth mindset so that you are open to change and are more accepting of the people around you.

Hope this was helpful ;)

A dark wall of clouds marched toward us" Identify the figure of speech used in this line.
Brut [27]

Answer:

The answer is Personification.

Explanation:

Personification is when inanimate objects ( things that aren't alive ), or objects that are alive ( such as animals or plants ), take on human characteristics or abilities. Clouds can't march, but humans can, so the clouds took on the ability of humans.

Elders narrated stories in great detail and with expressions and emotions.

Effective storytelling requires the speaker to narrate the story in such a way that the listeners can actually imagine the events unfolding before them, slowly and in detail.
