Take a look at what the author says. Read their essay and determine the connotation of what they say. If their Adjectives have a negative connotations then you can see that the answer would be, Not good(Put this into your own words and add a more informative answer). If they connotation is positive then you know she sees the Conditions as fine(once again put this into your own words and add a more informative answer)
