Write a literary analysis essay (on theme) about a book you’ve read.
Mandarinka [93]
In the beginning of the story Mary is Abandoned by everybody in India. At first Mary is very stubborn and is always alone because she never liked to play outside with other kids. The exciting part is that a Robin tells Mary where the Secret Garden was. After this, she shares her new secret with Colin a sickly little boy and Dickon a person who like to charm. Colin wants to see he is sick. Afterwards, the robin shows Mary where the key is to the Secret Door. Now, Mary waits for Colin to get well supposedly. Several Days Later, Colin realizes he was not sick at all and wasted no time to go outside and explore the interesting secret Mary told him. There patience and waiting have become a reality, all 3 of them go to the Secret Garden. The best part is Colin gets to see his dad again after years of not seeing him, And Dickon got to see his mom after a while of waiting. So this is my summary of the Secret Garden. ENJOY!

Margaret [11]

1984 is a novel that deals with the issues of totalitarian government. George Some of the examples we may fin in Orwell's work are:

 • Individuals have no privacy, because they are watched at all time, even in their homes. Even inside the apartment, Winston, the main character, is well aware that the Big Brother and the telescreens are watching.
 • The creation of institutions like "Thoughtcrime" that are in charge of spying for the government so as to make sure no individual is acting outside the Big Brother's law.
 • Propaganda and programs like the "Two Minutes Hate" one that unify the society's emotion so that the government can control them all.
