Answer:

Scout was bothered by the fact that Walter poured syrup all over his vegetables and meat because she was raised in a home that took into consideration table manners. Walter’s actions are against everything Scout has been taught from a young age. Pouring syrup all over your plate is disgusting and discourteous.

A memoir describes past events, but it is not considered a historical document. Why?
Savatey [412]
Because a memoir has a literary value, the person writing a memoir doesn't have the intention to present every historical even in the exact same way it happened. A memoir actually represents the writer's memories, his own experience, it is not written by a historian with a view to being published as a history book, but rather as a work of fiction.

Difference between the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the 1965 Voting Rights Act.<br>39 POINTS
PolarNik [594]

Answer: The 1964 Civil Rights Act was Congress's most expansive civil rights law ever passed. It included systematic steps to abolish segregation in Jim Crow and counter racial discrimination. The 1965 Voting Rights Act eliminated obstacles to black francs in the South, prohibiting poll taxes, literacy tests, and other initiatives that essentially prohibited African Americans from voting. Segregationists sought to prohibit the state level from enforcing federal civil rights legislation.

What is the relationship between law/organization and religion?
Nimfa-mama [501]

Answer:

Religion can be a central part of one’s identity. The word religion comes from a Latin word that means “to tie or bind together.” Modern dictionaries define religion as “an organized system of beliefs and rituals centering on a supernatural being or beings.” To belong to a religion often means more than sharing its beliefs and participating in its rituals; it also means being part of a community and, sometimes, a culture.
