describe and explain the current situation for people in the rainforest and the dangers for the rainforest itself
Lorico [155]

Answer:

Without rainforests, we won't be able to make anymore medicine because plants in the rainforest are being studied for new types of medicine. Another reason is that all the animals there will die and have no habitat, also the rainforests supply a vital amount of oxygen to the planet and without it every oxygen breathing creature would die, and trees take carbon dioxcide out of the air and so there is more room for oxygen.

n a cross section suppose you find older rock layers on top of younger rock layers. Explain a probablecause for this exception t
aleksandrvk [35]

The probable cause that would make this to happen is what is known as thrust faulting.

What is thrust faulting?

This is a situation that occurs in the earth's crust which causes it to break. When the crust breaks, the result is that it would cause older rocks to be on the new younger ones.

superposition is the ascending order by which rocks are arranged from the youngest to the oldest.

Why is putting rock layers in order by age useful to geologist?
iVinArrow [24]
Rock layers in order is basically natures calendar.

The highest layer is the newest formed layer
While the deepest layer was the oldest and probably has been there from some time
And everything in between goes accordingly

So putting rocks in order by age helps scientists better understand what was there before what and how the rocks changed over time.

Hope this helps!
