Ladies and gentlemen of the city council, I'm here at City Hall today to implore you to cancel your plans to build a new landfil

l along Highway 128. I know you think that road is off in the country where no one will see it, but my wife and I drive down Highway 128 every day to get to Path's Crossing. There are 10 homes in that neighborhood, and we will all be affected by this decision. We know that our property values will plummet.
