These will help you because your employers or teachers will note that your responsible and you will get the job (or if you're in school you'll get good grades). School prepares you for work so really these traits are good for both places. People will want to hire that person that's willing to put in hard work and other skills over other people interviewing for the job. Soft skill such as good memory and communication are valuable. At school you learn how to socialize as well in discussions.
