Nativism is a political policy that protects and promotes the interest of the native habitants than the immigrants. Nativists wanted to limit immigration so that they could preserve the U.S. for native-born white Protestants. They held religious, cultural and racial prejudices against immigrants, created the Chinese Exclusion Act and formed the Immigration Restriction Leage to avoid immigrants to work for lower wages and take jobs away from union members.
Prussia won the war. Prussia made sure and be friends with Austria - Hungry, so that France would be isolated. (Guns with needles can fire ammo much faster.) Helped unite Prussia as a country into Germany.
