Answer:The largest reason why immigration is an economic issue boils down to resource management. Every country has limited and accounted for resources which it used to distribute as evenly as possible to it's citizens and has laws in place to keep that balance in place so as to not disrupt that countries overall economy. But when you begin to allow the influx of immigrants into a country, those resources can become to be too far stretched thin and therefore leave an issue for the citizens of that set country. For example, if a country has corn as their main food resource and it uses that corn to evenly distribute among it's citizens, it has taken into account how much corn is needed to produce each year so that way the country at sustainable levels. But if there was to be an influx of immigrants and too many people began coming into that set country, yet the government and it's own people were not adequately prepared to produce more corn than is needed for the influx of immigrants, than that can lead to inflation prices on the corn, shortage of food, etc.

At the end of the musket most soldiers had a bayonet attached. A bayonet was a sharp pointed metal blade around 17 inches long. The bayonet turned the musket into a spear that could be used to charge and gore an enemy. British soldiers were especially skilled fighters with the bayonet.
Cannon
Both sides used a variety of artillery (large guns) during the war. Cannons could be made somewhat mobile when they were mounted on large wheels. They fired solid shells, exploding shells, and grapeshot. Cannons were effective in destroying fortifications or sinking ships. Sometimes cannons were fired strait at a line of approaching enemy troops tearing right through them and stopping their charge.
The smooth-bore muskets of the Revolutionary War were not very accurate and could not reliably hit a target beyond 100 yards. It took the average soldier around 15 to 20 seconds to load the musket allowing him to fire 3 to 4 shots a minute.
Brown Bess and Bayonet

The weapons and battle tactics used by both sides during the Revolutionary War were consistent with those used by European armies for the previous 15 or so years. Both sides used similar weapons and fought using similar tactics.
Muskets
The primary weapon used by both sides was the musket. The most popular type of musket was the British made Brown Bess. The Brown Bess had a smooth bore and was loaded through the muzzle. Another popular musket was the Charleville made by the French. It was similar to the Brown Bess.
Rifles were also used during the Revolutionary War. Rifles were more accurate than muskets, but took a lot longer time to load. Cavalry (soldiers on horseback) used pistols and sabers to fight with as they were easier to use while riding a horse. Soldiers often carried knives or small hatchets, but these were rarely used in major battles.

Not totally sure but I think it is D, the others don't make much sense, military isnt above the law, A doesn't make sense and the public does have to provide services in time of war.
The two Battles of Saratoga- which were fought eighteen days apart in September and October of 1777- changed the American Revolution. British General John Burgoyne was victorious over American forces -which were led by Horatio Gates and Benedict Arnold- on September 19th.
After capturing Fort Ticonderoga, the British, who were led by General John Burgoyne, moved south giving the Americans time to regroup under Horatio Gates.
General George Washington sent Benedict Arnold, Colonel Daniel Morgan and his regiment of Virginia riflemen, and two brigades of Continentals from the Hudson Highlands. Gates’s strength was improved by about sixty-five hundred men.
Burgoyne attacked the Americans a second time at Bemis Heights on October 7th, and Arnold led an attack that captured key points, forcing the British to retreat to Saratoga.
On this occasion, Burgoyne was beat and 10 days later he retreated, and the victorious Americans made the French government become their ally during the war.
They both had different ways to Run the country.
