Yes I do think exercise can help us understand me better because it releases chemicals like endorphins and serotonin that improve your mood. It can also get you out in the world, help to reduce any feelings of loneliness and isolation, and put you in touch with other people. Thus, it allows me to get time to understand myself better. This helps achieve success as it makes you a better person and the more exercise you do the more fit you become! It also helps in academic success as it allows you to focus thus, leading to better marks.
