Ways to fall asleep instantly:

1. I diffuse some lavender oil in my diffuser to increase relax and calm. Lavender was done in some scientific tests and reduced stress and increased relaxness.

2. Start creating a sleep schedule! Once your body knows when to sleep and when to wake up, the body will start adapting to that and before you know it, it will sleep at the time you desire to sleep.

3. Sleep in the dark. Obviously this might depend as people might like more light, but it's better to let your eyes rest in a dark area to promote sleep.

4. Meditate! I started meditating recently and I feel more at peace with my body and relaxed.

5. Exercise. Exercise gets me sleeping super early in the night since my body is tired to rest. Maybe getting some cardio in might help!

6. Lessen the caffeine you take in a day. I used to overload on caffeine during the gym and school....compare this to the times I used to get sleepy without it and I can tell you, even if you take caffeine in the morning, it will still affect your sleep at night.

7. Don't take naps (they decrease your tiredness)

8. Listen to some meditation music. If meditating isn't your thing, the music might be. It's so relaxing and gives your body a chance to drift away.

9. Stop using your phone so late at night! Blue light contributes to lack of sleep.

Hope these tips helped. I hope you sleep well!

inessss [21]

The question is incomplete, the complete question is Quincy feeds his dog 2.75 cups of dog food each day. Each cup of dog food costs $1.25. He multiplies the numbers together to determine how much it costs to feed his dog each day. Which expression will result in the best estimate for Quincy to use to check his multiplication?

2x1

2x2

3x1

3x2

Answer:

3x1

Explanation:

This problem is designed to test your knowledge of approximation. In order to obtain the amount spent on dog food each day, the expression involved is; number of cups of dog food × cost of each cup of dog food.

The number of cups of dog food is 2.75, this should be rounded up to 3

The cost of each cup of dog food is $1.25, this can be rounded down to 1 hence the correct answer is 3x1.
