Well, depends on who you ask.

Explanation:

Someone who makes minimum income or more might say no because compared to what they make at their job, $100 is significantly less. $100 doesn't put a roof over your head.

A child might say yes due to the fact that their young and don't have to earn income to provide for themselves yet.

But, money is money. I'll gladly take $100 any day. ;)
