The question above requires a personal answer, where you show how using the steps to be emotionally self-aware has helped you with your emotions. For that reason, I can't write the plan for you, but I'll show you how each step works.

Emotional control is very important to help you deal with your feelings in different situations.

For this, you must pay attention to the steps of emotional control. These steps are:

  1. Expansion: This step refers to the identification of hidden and oppressed emotions and feelings by the individual. This allows the individual to better recognize their emotional condition.
  2. Recognition: This step refers to the recognition of feelings and the causes of each one of them, allowing the individual to know the origin of their feelings.
  3. Explore: Refers to the moment to identify the limits of feelings and emotions, secondary feelings and emotions, triggers, and any other element that makes up or is produced by the analyzed feelings.
  4. Accomplish: Refers to when the plan to control, limit, and manage emotions and feelings is created.

Based on that, you can answer this question by showing how these steps are applied in your life.

lys-0071 [83]

Answer:

Jay turned off the current before taking apart the

outlet.

The current from the overhead wire caused sparks

to fly.

Explanation:

When words are spelled or pronounced in the same way but have different meanings, they are called homonyms.

One of homonyms is the word "current" which can mean:

- something happening at the present time

- a movement of  body of water in a certain direction

- the flow of electrical energy

In the first answer, the outlet is a device whose purpose is to connect electrical devices to an electrical supply (plugging it in the socket). So, it's electrical current.

In the second answer, it denotes the moving of the water

In the third answer, it means that Todd's present roommate in neat.

In the fourth answer, since it comes from a wire and causes a spark, it denotes electrical current.

Finally, since Vanya is in the river, it denotes a flow of the water.
