The author's perspective can be seen in the line where the author shows his or her opinion on the subject covered in the text.

We can arrive at this answer because:

  • It is very common for argumentative and persuasive texts to offer the author's opinion on the subject discussed.
  • This opinion refers to the author's perspective, which is the position he or she will use to build their arguments and encourage the persuasion of readers.

This type of perspective is usually presented right at the beginning of the text, as it is important to establish the direction the text will take.

Since you didn't show the text this question refers to, I'm not able to answer your question exactly, but you can use the information above to help you find your answer.

What is the mood of the poem?
9966 [12]

Answer:

A. compassionate.

Explanation:

The author seems to know how the caged bird really feels and understands its struggle. He seems to show compassion for the caged animal through the way he tells of how it lives. Not only that, but the poem itself is titled 'Sympathy', which is kind of a synonym for 'compassionate'.

Read these paragraphs and answer the question that follows:
OleMash [197]

Answer:

All of the choices are good ones. All of the choices could be argued that that is what service is all about. All of the answers are what service does both for the donor and those that receive it.

Let me sidetrack for just a moment. I am always amazed at how willingly those contributing to Brainly are willing to share what they know to make those asking better students. It's hard work and sometimes I wonder if it is fully recognized. And then there is the question of the mods. Since I began contributing 11 months ago, my number one Kudo are the mods. Their work is ignored or they are bad mouthed or feared. Considering that some became mods at 13, they do a remarkable job. They do sometimes see things in black and white terms, but even that is forgivable, because they are young and most of the time right.

That's service. It's being a good volunteer. It is returning to the community what has been freely given to them. And that is what paragraph 3 is all about.

All of the sentences are true. All of them. But the question says support detail. The Soup kitchen is an example, and it is a detail. I pick D but if you have a different answer, use it. Always, always go with your own idea.

Answer: D
