The theme I used was “ You have to change in order to survive” If you have to write an essay on this, examples would be
1. Buck changed physically ( his appearance )
2. Buck changed socially ( how he treats others)
3. Buck changed emotionally ( how he feels).
All of these changes helped him survive in his new environment.

Hope this helps

Read Mark Twain's "Two Ways of Seeing a River." What claim does Twain make in this persuasive essay?
olya-2409 [2.1K]
In this essay, Twain claims that knowledge changes the way you see the river. At first sight, you will get enchanted with the beauty and charm but the more you look, the less impressed you will become. You will begin to see the river as source of information (whether this information is from the water current, the banks of the river or the hazards that you meet while sailing there).

This perspective can also be applied to life. When your young, you only see the beauty and charm in life, however, as you grow up, you start to develop knowledge about life, you start to see the opportunities and sacrifices and the way you see your life changes.

. When you paraphrase other people's ideas, you repeat exactly what they said pretend that what they said doesn't make sense rep
Amanda [17]

Answer:

Sort of.

Explanation:

When paraphrasing you say the same topic as the person but in your own words. Your stance will be similar if not the same as the person whose work your are paraphrasing. If your disagree with what they said then it wouldn't even be considered paraphrasing but more like a rebuttal.
