It should be noted that the interesting thing learned was that the Roman society under the Republic was a cultural mix of Latin and Etruscan societies.

The Roman Republic was important to ancient Roman civilization because it helped in development. They conquered vast amounts of land, built roads, aqueducts and helped spread Latin.

A typical Roman day began at sunrise. Breakfast consisted of cheese, bread, and fruit. Then, they set off to work. Work ended in the early afternoon after which they gathered and socialize.
