Lady Macbeth has a strong influence on her
husband. She wants Macbeth to succeed and
even created a plan to help him kill the king. Even
offering to do it herself, she was always in full
support of Macbeth, her husband, encouraging
him to continue on. Even when Macbeth himself
was hesitating, she was there telling him to go
forth with killing the King, as she planned and
worked behind the scenes to help Macbeth. Lady
Macbeth says things such as, "It is too full o'th'
milk of human kindness/ To catch the nearest
way: thou wouldst be great./ Art not without
ambition, but without/ the illness should attend it.
What thou wouldst highly"(1.5.1) This reveals how
much resolve Lady Macbeth has, and shows her
as an ambitious person. She thinks that Macbeth
should kill the king, but thinks that he is too kind
and needs to be more aggressive. Things bring
her forth as almost a ruthless character. Lady
Macbeth is seen as witch as well through her evil
nature. In page 2 of act 1 scene 5, she says, "Of
direst cruelty. Make thick my blood./ Stop up the
access and passage of remorse./ That no
compunctions visiting of nature." In this Lady
Macbeth explains that she will go through with her
evil plan and she feels no remorse for what has to
be done.

The substance that makes the blood red is an iron containing protein known as hemoglobin
SCORPION-xisa [38]

Answer:

True.

Explanation:

In Biology, blood pH can be defined as a measure of the hydrogen ion (H¯) concentration of blood i.e the level of alkalinity or acidity of blood.

Basically, the normal blood pH of a human being should be between 7.35 and 7.45.

Hence, one of the ways in which the body regulates blood pH is with proteins by accepting and releasing hydrogen ions. Typically, when the blood pH falls, the hydrogen ions (H¯) are accepted (absorbed) while hydrogen ions are released when the blood pH rises.

A protein such as haemoglobin which makes up a composition of the red blood cells, binds an amount of acid required to regulate blood pH.

Hence, the substance that makes the blood red is an iron containing protein known as hemoglobin.

Please help me with this.
Akimi4 [234]

Answer:

The last line of the text states, "Generals always win the war". This is an indication of their valor and determination with effective use of strategy which makes them capable of winning wars. The Maginot Line was used to slow down the armies and eventually led to winning WWI. However, the Germans learned from this and did not fall victim to the same in WWII.

Explanation:

The Maginot Line is a line of concrete fortifications and weapon installations which were used in the first and second world war as a strategic maneuver by the French.
