HELPP PLEASEEEEE<br> How does stress affect the body? 3-5 sentences

Long-term activation of your body’s stress response system, along with prolonged exposure to cortisol and other stress hormones, puts you at risk for health troubles. These health issues include digestive problems, anxiety, headaches, depression, sleep problems, weight gain, memory and concentration issues, high blood pressure, heart disease and strokes. Have you ever experienced any kind of relationship (friendly/dating/professional) where only one partner was giving, and the oth
vichka [17]

Answer:

Explanation:

Yes I have. It made me feel sad and honestly a bit annoyed but if I stopped giving, there would be nothing left. A healthy relationship I have is with my dad. I know that no matter what happens in life, he will be by my side. He might not agree with my choices, but he will always love me. He has proved that time and time again. It makes me very happy to know that I have him to talk to about anything. It makes me feel more happy and content than I could describe. It's important to have a life outside of that relationship because if I spend all my time focusing on that relationship, I will never have time to focus on anything else. Interdependence means to be dependent on each other, and it's a good thing because if somebody needs you, you can always count on them to be there when you need them.
