Children- In the early days most families had farms. The farms were to much to handle for the parents so the parents would give the children chores to help with such little time in the day and such a great amount of work. They will help their parents harvest crops.

Americans gain from children contribution- In modern culture today most parents pay their children allowance to do chores around the house like doing the dishes, taking out trash, washing dishes, cleaning rooms, clean a toilet, fix car/ wash car, etc. Many parents choose their kids a own kind of chores now day.
