What influenced music and the minds of people during the Middle Ages?
Yakvenalex [24]

The correct answer is C. church.

Music and the minds of people during the Middle Ages were mostly influenced by religion, the church. <em>Secular music </em>was still not a thing - it refers to worldly music, not related to religion. <em>Musical instruments </em>were used to perform music, but they did not actually inspire it. <em>Humanism </em>came after the Middle Ages - the Middle Ages lasted until the 15th century, and humanism started in the 15th, 16th centuries.

However, church was omnipresent at the time - everyone was religious, and if they were not, they were considered heathens. Therefore it is only natural that religion would influence most spheres of life during the Middle Ages.

No they will not......
this is because after seeing caesar's ghost brutus may have some feeling of guilt.....guilt that caesar had loved him so much but he had betrayed him......that guilt will not let brutus fight willingly towards the opponents or maybe some other feeling in brutus's heart that to fully pay for this guilt he must die or he must kill himself......he might perform suicide ......after brutus's death caesar may also want to kill himself due to immense guilt of separating such friends and doing sinful deeds........
making the decision to march the army to Phillipi early after seeing caesar's ghost may have been too fast for such a big decision which would affect the probability of brutus and cassius winning the battle.....

Which line best shows the relationship between son and father in "Those Winter Sundays?
OlgaM077 [116]

Answer:

The line that suggests the son and father relationship in the poem is <u>"Speaking indifferently to him, </u>

<u>who had driven out the cold </u>

<u>and polished my good shoes as well"</u>

Explanation:

'Those Winter Sundays' is a poem written by Robert Hayden. The poem is reflection of the speaker to his childhood days, when his father would lit up the fire on winter sundays to make to house warm for his family. The adult speaker also reflects upon his relationship with his father and how indifferent he was towards his love in childhood.

The line that best describes the relationship between the son and the father in poem is <em>"Speaking indifferently to him, /who had driven out the cold /and polished my good shoes as well..."  </em>These lines from the third stanza of the poem reflects the relationship between the son and the father.

In these lines, the speaker narrates that how much emotionally far away was he from his father, when he asserts that he spoke 'indifferently' with him, who drove out cold and polished his shoes well. The next lines shows father's self-less care and love towards his son, even after his son's indifferent behavior.
