This is the answer, because in the articles of confederation one of the main problems was state sovereignty, where the states basically worked solo. Thus the states weren't united. One of the main causes was that the states were printing their own money and assigning it values. So, the Constitution was introduced and after the help of federalists Alexander Hamilton,James Madison,and John Jay worked together to make a series of essays called the Federalist Papers which put the Constitution into effect.
