Bonding with pets and exercising can help you to clear your mind! Don't think you need to do something really quickly, in most cases you pile the pressure upon yourself which can lead to severe health issues. Do something you like. Eg. Drawing, Colouring, Listening to music or anything else that you take an interest in. The most helpful thing you can do is connect with supportive people. Socialising is a huge positive thing you can do. People can support and help you with whatever it is that you are stressed about.
