Because of the nature of this Question I assume It was a multiple choice, but since you haven't listed any possible answers I will just tell you some of the resources that are found in both countries. Depending on what you count as a resource both countries have large forests and reserves of freshwater also there are deposits of natural gas and oil and uranium.
