Answer: John Marshall

Explanation:

Remember that john Marshall was the Chief Justice of Marbury v Madison and established judicial review. He also thought the constitution granted the federal government with many powers whereas Jefferson viewed it as the complete opposite. John Marshall was known for extending the power of the federal government while Jefferson wanted to restrict it and reserve more powers to the states.

Which is the best way to measure public opinion?
ratelena [41]
The best way to measure public opinion is through opinion polls - B

With opinion polls you get an idea what is the general idea about a certain topic from the public, as you usually get a high enough sample to deduce the relevant information.

To answer your second question I would say it is either B or C as being a sole proprietor usually makes you subjec to being a small business or you're forced to use factors of production less efficiently.

Write 1 paragraph (at least 150 words) answering the following question:
zhannawk [14.2K]

Answer:

An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth."

This phrase, along with the idea of written laws, goes back to ancient Mesopotamian culture that prospered long before the Bible was written or the civilizations of the Greeks or Romans flowered.

"An eye for an eye ..." is a paraphrase of Hammurabi's Code, a collection of 282 laws inscribed on an upright stone pillar. The code was found by French archaeologists in 1901 while excavating the ancient city of Susa, which is in modern-day Iran.

Hammurabi is the best known and most celebrated of all Mesopotamian kings. He ruled the Babylonian Empire from 1792-50 B.C.E. Although he was concerned with keeping order in his kingdom, this was not his only reason for compiling the list of laws. When he began ruling the city-state of Babylon, he had control of no more than 50 square miles of territory. As he conquered other city-states and his empire grew, he saw the need to unify the various groups he controlled.

Answer:

The answer is "Option C".

Explanation:

The currency is a prominent example of a means of exchange. In its role as a means of trade, cash acts as an intermediary between products and services. Due to this role of money, value creation is decreased by increasing the requirement for two demands to coincide. This currency function minimizes transaction fees; management fees are all costs excluding the price of the product being transacted, that's why option c is the correct choice.
