Georgia's Capital Cities was known to moved its capital from Savannah to Augusta in 1785 as a result of its accessibility to people moving west.

States do move for a lot of reasons that are important. The zeal to move the capital dis rise some issues regarding malaria in the Louisville area.

Conclusively, in 1877, Georgia move the capital to Atlanta where a five-acre City Hall/County Courthouse was given to the state by the city.

I would most possibly do the same thing, or take the south back to US as brothers, but I might also add a little punishment. The punishment would be limited import for a period of years (1, or 5). I would also not allow them to vote or participate in any political meeting, congressional decisions, etc.
