Dubois used structure to develop the message of his speech thus:
1. He explains how inequality affects Black citizens politically, socially, and economically.
2. He describes the reasons for the Niagara Movement’s call to action and the goals that action will achieve.

Text Structure refers to the manner in which a text is arranged so that the ideas follow logically.
In his 1934 speech titled, “A Negro Nationwithing a Nation,” W.E.B. Dubois explained how the inequality in America had affected the black people, socially, politically, and economically.
Their voting power was one of such references. He also mentioned the call to action of the Niagara Movement and how they hoped to realize its ideals.
