Why? I would establish an Empire. Form alliances with other countries with similar interests, project military power worldwide, put severe economic sanctions on those who disagree if applicable. First of all, I chose America because it has the strongest military in the world, no matter what critics say. I love my Fatherland, the Philippines, but of course, the most logical course of action which I would take would be choosing the most powerful, militarily, in the world. I would, of course, help my Fatherland using my newfound power. I would take over the economy of the Philippines to the point that the government would have no other option but to become a State. I would reform the Military, their allegiance, their pledge, their oath would be to preserve and protect the empire, against any threats, internal or external, foreign or domestic. I would require schools, starting from kindergarten, to include subjects that would tell students to pledge their allegiance to the Empire, so that in times of war, preferably 18 years old and above, they would all want to volunteer to defend the Empire at all costs. They would offer up their loyalty, their submission, and their very soul. They would give it all that they've got to raise a triumphant war cry that even the heavens would hear.

Once everything is in place, I would begin a global campaign to take over the world. I wouldn't want to resort to violence, but if they don't meet, or especially if they disagree with our goals and interests, certainly, they will meet an untimely end. The chase of immortality would be revived once again, not like in the movies, but using Sciences. Religion is nonessential and will form a conflict against the greater interest of te Empire, it wouldn't be disallowed, but religion would be diagnosed as a mental disorder just like that one country that did it. Indoctrination would-be nationwide so that any dissent would be frowned upon even by your closest friends.
