An educator should shoulder certain responsibilities toward the school management. The person has to report to the higher authorities in a situation where someone is engaging in wrong practices. In this case, Mrs Summers should have asked Mr Moore why he was keeping the money rather than gossiping about him.

Lastly, Mr. Moore and Mrs. Summer should have handled this situation differently so as not to violate the Code of Ethics.
