1. In law, the exclusionary rule is is rule which prevents evidence collected in violation of the defendant's rights from being used against them in the court.

  • The Supreme court continues to refine the exclusionary rule because plaintiff now get off on small details against the defendant.

  • Although if officers act in good faith in gathering of evidence, the evidence would be seen as legal and admissible in the court.

2. Supreme Court interpreted the Constitution in abortion cases by saying that the woman's decision to have an abortion in the first trimester of pregnancy fell under the right of privacy and therefore, protected by the Constitution
