Identify 2 ways that decomposers are involved in the nitrogen cycle.

Answer:

Some bacteria are decomposers and break down the complex nitrogen compounds in dead organisms and animal wastes. This returns simple nitrogen compounds to the soil where they can be used by plants to produce more nitrates. Plants take up nitrogen compounds through their roots. Animals obtain these compounds when they eat the plants. When plants and animals die or when animals excrete wastes, the nitrogen compounds in the organic matter re-enter the soil where they are broken down by microorganisms

Answer:

1) Decomposers (Putrefying Bacteria) These aerobic bacteria live in the soil. … Decomposers will also break down the molecules in animal faeces and will decompose the urea in animal urine into ammonium ions. 2) Nitrifying Bacteria These are also aerobic bacteria that live in the soil

B cells interacting with helper t cells are stimulated to differentiate when _____.
madam [21]
There are choices for this question namely:

A) B cells produce IgE antibodies
B) B cells release cytokines
C) cytotoxic T cells present the class II MHC molecule-antigen complex on their surface
D) helper T cells release cytokines

The correct answer is "helper T cells release cytokines". Cytokines are released by helper T cells when B cells attach to them via receptors. These T cells "help" these B cells to differentiate by secreting certain cytokines. When B cells differentiate, they are converted to plasma cells and able to secrete antibodies to the antigen presented to the T cells.

How do waves interact with different materials?
Flauer [41]

Answer:

Waves interact with matter in several ways. The interactions occur when waves pass from one medium to another. Besides bouncing back like an echo, waves may bend or spread out when they strike a new medium. These three ways that waves may interact with matter are called reflection, refraction, and diffraction.

What Citric acid cyrcle
andrey2020 [161]

Answer:

series of chemical reactions used by all aerobic organisms to generate energy through the oxidation of acetate

Explanation:

The citric acid cycle, also known as the Krebs cycle or the tricarboxylic acid cycle, is at the center of cellular metabolism, playing a starring role in both the process of energy production and biosynthesis. It finishes the sugar-breaking job started in glycolysis and fuels the production of ATP in the process.

Luisa went into the bathroom after her sister had a bath. It was full of mist and the mirror was covered with the a lot of liqui
11Alexandr11 [23.1K]

Answer:

Mist is made of water vapor.

Explanation:

The bathroom mirror and the fog that the bathroom presents after someone takes a shower, is formed by water vapor. This water vapor is formed by the hot water from showers, which evaporates. This water vapor is what forms the mist, however, when this mist touches the surfaces of the bathroom, such as the mirror, it becomes water again and that smothers the mirror. The mist becomes water when touching the mirror because of the difference in temperature between them, as the mist is hot and the mirror is cold. This happens through the condensation of water.
