Hi i need help with an assignment this is what the assignment is and what i submitted what should i change? (for the writing par

t) thank you!
You will create a photo essay about different situations:

Write six to eight simple French sentences about how you feel, using vocabulary you have learned.
Say how you feel in different situations and what causes you to feel a certain way. For example, you might say: I am frustrated when I go shopping with my mother because I do not like shopping. Je suis frustré quand je fais les courses avec ma mère parce que je n'aime pas le shopping.
Include images to illustrate your photo essay.

1. Quand je suis avec amies, nous sommes heureux.

2. Je suis triste quand je ne vais pas à la plage.

3. Je suis excité quand je vais un chien.

4. Je suis épuisé quand je fais l'école.

5. Je suis dégoûté quand je vais un serpent.

6. Quand je suis avec Abby, nous sommes estatique.

Answer:

1. Quand je suis avec amies, nous sommes heureux.

-> Correction: Quand je suis avec mes amies, nous sommes heureuses.

2. Je suis triste quand je ne vais pas à la plage.

-> Correction: Perfect!

3. Je suis excité quand je vais un chien.

-> Correction: If you wanted to say I'm exited when I walk my dog the correct translation would be: Je suis excité quand je vais promener un/mon (if it's my dog, if it is a dog keep the ''un'') chien.

4. Je suis épuisé quand je fais l'école.

-> Correction: If you wanted to say that you're exhausted when you're at school the translation would be: Je suis épuisé quand je suis à l'école.

If you wanted to say that you're exhausted when you get back from school it's: Je suis épuisé quand je reviens de l'école.

5. Je suis dégoûté quand je vais un serpent.

-> Correction: Je suis dégoûté quand je vois un serpent.

6. Quand je suis avec Abby, nous sommes estatique. The good word is extatique but don't use it because nobody do so, rather say: Quand je suis avec Abby, nous sommes toutes deux heureuse/contente.

According to many experts in 1995, what would be the positive effects on united states economy be if quebec becomes a separate n
Alenkinab [10]

Answer:

Voters in the French-speaking province of Quebec will soon decide whether or not to secede from Canada. In 1980, after a similar referendum was soundly rejected, separatists blamed defeat on fears that sovereignty in Quebec would lead to economic hardship. To lure voters this time, the ruling Parti Quebecois promises to maintain close relations with Canada after independence. But this pledge may prove empty, as English Canada is showing signs of frustration over Quebec's constant demands for special treatment. With most opinion polls indicating a close vote on Oct. 30, U.S. officials are remaining diplomatically silent about what happens in Canada. But the stakes are large: Canada is the United States' biggest trading partner.

What is the purpose of the tréma (ë)? to change the “c” sound in front of vowels it makes an “ay” sound to show that two vowels
mrs_skeptik [129]
The tréma is an accent that is only used on 2 vowels in French: ë and ï. Its purpose is to let readers know that that vowel should be pronounced separately from the vowel that comes before it. So basically, this accent prevents two vowels from being pronounced together.

An example of a tréma is in the French word for corn: maïs. Another example is in the French word for canoe: canoë (it's spelled exactly like the english word except for the tréma on the e).
