Short term is personal fitness is something you're able to achieve in a short period of time for example "exercise 3 times a week"
Long term is something that is not able to be achieved in a short amount of time for example " If I work out 3 times a week for 3 months i will loose 15-20 pounds"
Study every day and download apps like doulingo. It worked for me and I used to have disorders too.
