Answer:

one 18" pizza contains more pizza than 2 12" pizzas

Step-by-step explanation:

area of 12" pizza:

A = πr²

A = (3.14159)(6 in.)²

A = 113 in.²

two 12" pizzas have a total area of 226 in.²

area of 18" pizza:

A = πr²

A = (3.14159)(9 in.)²

A = 254 in.²

one 18" pizzas has a total area of 254 in.²

P.S. This problem is poorly worded. Above it states "... want to make sure I get the most pizza for my money." Since there is no indication of price for either option, two 12-inch pizzas or one 18-inch pizza, we cannot calculate what the most pizza for the money is. Below it states "which option should I choose to get the most pizza?" Here it no longer asks for most pizza for the money. Now it just asks for which option gives the most pizza.

Which planet in the chart is most likely Earth? Yeah <br> Does somone no the answer
pishuonlain [190]

Answer:

Kepler-452b has a probable mass five times that of Earth, and its surface gravity is nearly twice as Earth's, though calculations of mass for exoplanets are only rough estimates. If it is a terrestrial planet, it is most likely a super-Earth with many active volcanoes due to its higher mass and density.Step-by-step explanation:

explain how to solve for the missing side from the similar figures given and solve. (do not just give the answer)
Paha777 [63]

Answer:

x=14

Step-by-step explanation:

Since the triangles are similar, you first line up the sides. Then, because the 16 and the 24 line up together, you divide them to find out how much bigger the first triangle is, which is 3/2 or 1.5. After that, you can see that the 21 and the x are on the same side, so you would divide 21 by 1.5 or 3/2 to get x. 21÷1.5=14.

x=14

Use an algebraic equation to find the measure of each angle that is represented in terms of X
professor190 [17]

Answer:

16, 74

Step-by-step explanation:

3x +10 + 12x +50 = 90

15x + 60 = 90

15x = 90 -60

15x = 30

x = 30/15

x = 2

3x + 10 = 3*2 +10 = 6 +10 = 16

12x + 50 = 12*2 +50 = 24 + 50 = 74
