5. For a cell to make proteins, enzymes must access its genes. When histones are modified with acetyl groups (-COCH3 ), their po

The rate of protein synthesis will be slower as a result of the positive

charge being neutralized.

What is Protein synthesis?

Protein synthesis involves the process of formation of protein and is usually

carried out in the nucleus of cells. Chromosomes being predominantly

negatively charged aids the ability to attract and access the genes for

synthesis to occur.

The modification of the charge will make it harder for the enzyme to access

the gene thereby reducing the rate of protein synthesis.

ValentinkaMS [17]

Answer:

This will reduce the average temperature of the planet and lessen the catastrophic effects of climate change.

Explanation:

Renewable resources do not emit greenhouse gases making them the cleanest, the most sustainable solution to prevent environmental degradation. If humans slowly transition to an energy system that is based on renewable technology, this will have a very positive economic consequences as well for economist foresee an increase in well-being and in employment and less cost while allowing development today without risking the future generations.
