Well, you are supposed to mention that it is an advanced work of the artist. or else, people will have a whole lot of anger toward you; they will call you a cheater, a liar, a copycat and lots more. if u don't know hat I mean, just imagine a painting that is very similar to Monalisa (the way she's sitting/ the setting).. wouldn't people start making a whole controversy? they would. so just mention that it is a detailed version of the original picture, or that it is your version of the picture.
