If  you do not own said turtle, it is bad to have a turtle in your bedroom. But if the turtle is yours, as in you paid for it, and has the proper medications and shots to keep it healthy and from diseases, and has a habitat to live in, not just the floor or a desk, then no, it is not bad to have a turtle in your bedroom.
