Describe Jefferson’s and Hamilton’s different visions for the new nation
Alex73 [517]

Jefferson and Hamilton diverged in what they saw as the appropriate size and role of the Federal Government in America's new Federalist system.

Hamilton believed that a strong Executive and Federal Government was needed if the US was to be successful moving forward.

Jefferson, ever wary, opposed a strong Federal executive even though he would later as President unilaterally expand the United States with the Louisiana Purchase.

Which element should be included in the introduction paragragh of a historical essay?
zubka84 [21]

Answer:

The essay must begin with an introductory paragraph that explains to the reader what the paper is about (topic) and clearly expresses your main claim (thesis statement). The main claim should be stated in the introduction so that the reader can assess its validity while reading the body of the essay.

In this case: a thesis statement should always be used in the first paragraph to state your opinion and reasoning.

Should the government make key decisions about your life or should individuals get to make all the decisions for themselves?
aev [14]
The government already has to much power. Meaning that they are overruling and so what I think is that individuals should make all their own decisions. I feel strongly that we are responsible for the decisions we make. I think other people can also agree that we would very much like to control our own lives and live it to the fullest other than being controlled by the government. Our gov. system is already corrupted as it is and very secretive. So I believe that they shouldn’t be taking part in our personal lives.
