hi guys i need help ASAP i have constipation and it really uncomfortable for me and i need to get it out but im scared to have s
o much pain cuz i've been holding it since 1 week and now my stomach hurts so bad so help me because i want to get it out today with no pain because also one time doctor said if i feel so much pain something might break like a bone might break so please help ASAP
my brother has autism and he had loads of constipation don't worry none of his bones breaked and he suffered for many years but he has stopped having constipation with the help of inulin , so I think you need that .
