T= Total cost
m= # of members

Total equals $60 fee plus ($15 times # of members) plus $95 fee plus ($12 times # of members)

T= $60 + $15m + $95 + $12m
combine like terms

EXPRESSION:
T= $27m + $155

Hope this helps! :)

Explain why 8.0 is greater then 0.8
SIZIF [17.4K]

Answer:

since the eight in the second number is to the right of the decimal, and there id no other number on the left, the second number isn't even a whole number. It is four fifths of a whole. while the eight in the first number is to the left of the decimal it is a whole number eight times. like, which is more eight cookies or a part of one cookie.

I don't really understand pls help asap
maria [59]

Answer:

It is not proportional

Step-by-step explanation:

    To figure out if something is proportional they have to equal the same thing.

   As you can see on the problem 0.2 and 0.2 are the same thing, and since one is on the numerator and one is on the demoninator those two can cross out.

    Now we come to the 0.08 and the 0.8.

     They are not the same thing the 0.08 has an extra 0.

So this is not proportional

What is the solution of log4x − 616 = 4? x = −2 x = 2 x = 3 x = 4
ivolga24 [154]
This is how to solve for log expressions.
First, do the arithmetic such that all that can be solved is in the other side, besides log.
There are different properties of log to help you solve log expressions.

log4x − 616 = 4
log4x = 620
Change how it is written to solve for x.
x^620 = 4
This makes no sense so we try again.

Or, this could be solved differently.
log 4x-6 16 = 4
(4x-6) ^4 = 16
256x - 1296 = 16
x = 5.125

Final answer: x = 5
