Religious fundamentalism has a great influence on the Middle
East. This is especially true in terms
of religious and other civil liberties since people have to follow the strict
Muslim laws and everything is influence by religion. Even during modern times when changes are now
taking place, Fundamentalism still has a firm hold on society dictating what is
and is not allowed.
