the Redwood would survive better

Explanation:

A sequoia would need more resorces to provide enough water high nutrients soil and lots of sunlight to survive yet again a sequoia can survive for  thousands of years but they are huge and need lots of resources you get my point so the redwood haves a better chance to survive with the amount a resources  redwood needs,
