I would say that the Klu Klux Klan if they were to support they would only support a new woman who was of course White back then it was normal to be racist and misogynistic so it was already upsetting to a guy that the African Americans were being freed so what day was going to be on her own they weren't for it but it was a white woman that could make them dinner and clean the house
