This type of correlation which makes use of anxiety for motivation is described as:

 • The Inverted- U hypothesis

What is The Inverted- U hypothesis

This refers to the theory which states that there would be an increase in sporting levels as arousal levels increase but if the arousal levels are too low, then there would be low performance.

With this in mind, we can see that this inverted-u hypothesis shows that anxiety is a motivation to help one study for a test as this would allow the level of arousal to motivate.

What role did nature play in the religious ideas of Native Americans?
Yuki888 [10]
Native Americans believed that there was different gods for every season, every animal, species, etc.
For example, if a drought occurred and it finally rains after many months, they would praise their god of rain. If harvest came late, they would pray without ceasing to mother nature, asking for mercy and forgiveness if they disrespected her in anyway.

Although Abel felt that random assignment to treatment groups would be more scientifically credible than would be self-selection
charle [14.2K]

Answer:

Quasi-experimental approach

Explanation:

The experiment presented above represents a quasi-experimental approach. This type of approach allows the experiment to be established, without the sample used presenting a random distribution, as was done in the experiment presented above. As randomness is ruled out, researchers can assign the formation of treatments and manipulate the composition of experimental groups, but to maintain the credibility of the experiment, it is necessary for the researcher to use an eligibility cut-off mark instead of random assignment.

Managers who always have their eye on their next job rarely establish more than superficial relationships with peers and coworke
ZanzabumX [31]

.When it comes to assembling, motivating and keeping a great team happy so that they can flourish in your business, the truth is that it's a bit of both.

True.

There's no way to overstate how important a great team is to a business' success. The quality of the work you do will exceeds the quality of the team behind it. Yet to many an entrepreneur's and manager's dismay, teambuilding often seems as complicated as watch making--there are a lot of moving parts and things have to be just right in order to create something magical.
