Not sure what grade you are in but you could write that you are planning on doing better in school, be more active, or be more social. “El próximo año escolar planeó en mejorar mis grados porque se que es importante. También quiero ser más activo en las clases deportivas que tengo. Finalmente, me gustaría ser más social con mis compañeros”. That is an example.
