DaniilM [7]

Answer:

I decided to write about when I walked in the forest.

Explanation:

As I was walking through the dense forest I could hear the nature, the birds shrieking, the dense air humid and hot just reminded me about that time when I visited the spa and went into the Jacuzzi one hour. I was sweating which made me uncomfortable a little bit, but was the only way to get where I wanted to be, the more I walked the darker it got, I observed bright shining yellow points at the distance, somehow I though those were some of the fantastic animals that lived over there; a certain smell of chlorophyll and dirt made me remember rain smell, above all I was not afraid I was exited of being there.

Tomorrow, the mayor will announce her plans "for the new committee." what type of phrase is this?
natali 33 [55]
The phrase "for the new committee" is a phrase that starts with a conjunction. It is also known as a subordinate clause. The combination of words "for the new committee" does not make up a complete sentence; it cannot stand on its own. The word "for" is a coordinating conjunction and joins two equal phrases to each other. A coordinating conjunction is also known as a coordinator. It shows that both parts or phrases that make up the sentence are of equal importance.

Why do you think Ponyboy and Johnny chose to go to Dally after the fight with the socs? (2-3 sentence)
Xelga [282]

Answer:

Ponyboy knew he couldn't turn to his older brother Darry, because he was more of a strict father figure to him. He probably felt like he would overreact, or be hard on him. Johnny didn't really have family he could turn to. They knew Dally was tough, and had previous run-ins with the law. He would be more likely to understand their situation.
