One way:
8 x 4 = 32
the fraction will get reversed so it turns to 4.
Second way(basically the same as the first way):
8 divided by 1/4 = 8 x 4= 32
You just have to divide 8 by 1/4. The fraction gets reversed in divisions so it turns to 4.
It wont come out to be an even number. but if you divide 200 by 9, you get about 22.22.
