Health related fitness is the overall state of a persons being- including their appropriate weight-height, Body Mass Index (BMI), and any potential diseases of the body that affects their fitness or ability to exercise and stay in shape. While else performance related fitness is the fitness of a person based on how well or average, above average, or below average they can do physical activities. The main difference between the two is the type of fitness that they are. They are two different factors that affect fitness.
